We have curated a selection of items and labeled them as ‘more sustainable’. When an item is classified by us with this label, it means the item contains more sustainable or recycled materials.

We distinguish the following sustainable materials and production methods:

Organic Cotton: In the production of Organic Cotton, no synthetic pesticides or other agents are used that could harm the environment or the workers.

TENCEL™ Lyocell: TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are extracted from sustainably grown wood using a unique closed-loop system that recovers and reuses the solvents used, thereby minimizing the environmental impact.

TENCEL™ Modal: TENCEL™ Modal fibers are extracted from naturally grown beech wood through an environmentally responsible "pulp-to-fiber" process, which is energy self-sufficient and recovers co-products from wood components. All TENCEL™ Modal fibers are composed of natural material and are biodegradable.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™: LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose fibers are made from wood and pulp derived from certified and controlled sources. LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers are certified with the EU Ecolabel because they meet high environmental standards throughout their entire life cycle: from raw material extraction to production, distribution, and disposal. The production of ECOVERO™ consumes 50% less water than generic viscose.

LENZING™ Lyocell, LENZING™ Modal, LENZING™ Viscose: The Lenzing Group produces Lyocell and Modal cellulose fibers of botanical origin through ecologically responsible processes using sustainably sourced wood. Wood is the foundation of everything the Lenzing Group produces. Wood pulp from forests is transformed into bio-based Lenzing Lyocell and Modal fibers.

Recycled Material: This involves the reuse of existing materials. Within our collection, we primarily see the recycling of PET bottles and car tires, which are processed into polyester.
